1. Cancelling before you use the content

The Practice Pass is a one-time purchase of digital content, not an auto-renewing subscription, so there is nothing to “cancel” for the future. Before you begin using the paid content, you can withdraw from the purchase under the statutory right of withdrawal set out in §4 below and we will refund you in full.

2. Our voluntary refund practice

Beyond your statutory rights, we want you to be satisfied. If something isn’t right — a technical problem we can’t resolve, an accidental or duplicate purchase, or you’re simply unhappy shortly after buying and have made little use of the content — contact us and we will consider a full or partial refund in good faith. There is no automatic entitlement once you have substantially used the content, but we handle requests fairly and quickly. Use the button above or email support@avermond.com.

3. How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 14 days of approval. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Withdrawal Information for Digital Services

Statutory information for consumers under EU distance-selling law (§§ 312g, 355, 356 BGB; Directive 2011/83/EU).

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

Concrete Dynamics UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Westendstraße 15, 87439 Kempten (Allgäu), Germany
Email: support@avermond.com · Phone: +49 1573 4796582

— by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form in §6, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Important: This service supplies digital content that is not on a physical medium and is made available to you immediately. Your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun to perform the contract after you have (a) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (b) confirmed your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB; Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We obtain this consent and acknowledgement from you at checkout before granting access. Until performance begins, your right of withdrawal remains fully available.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract (i.e. before performance has begun or where the early-expiry conditions above are not met), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

6. Model withdrawal form

(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and return this form — but you do not have to.)
