Confirm cancellation

Your cancellation is recorded with the date and time we receive it, and we immediately email you a confirmation of the end date you requested. If we can match your subscription to the email address you enter, that email also states the end date currently on record. We review every cancellation and will let you know if your contract results in a different date. During a free trial, you can also cancel directly in your account before the deadline shown there.
